Hi Mal, My wife and I wanted to thank your sons Bill, Mike and David for the great job they did today treating our house for a termite infestation. You should be proud of them! They worked hard all day in the sun and they did it singing and laughing. They were polite, professional and left our home neat and tidy. It was a pleasure having your firm attend our home.

We just wanted at compliment Mike on the job that he did. He was not only courteous but professional in his undertaking of the job at hand. Nothing was a trouble for him (even climbing up in our roof to check the roof interior for any infestation). It was a pleasure to deal with him. These days a lot of younger people couldn't care less about the service they are doing for you - but he seemed to be dedicated to his job and handled himself with the utmost respect to my wife and myself.
